Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items once purchased, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Manufacturing Faults and Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you believe an item is defective, damaged due to a manufacturing issue, or if you received the incorrect product, contact us promptly at info@toyzoona.net. Please provide detailed information and proof of purchase so that we can evaluate the issue.

If your claim regarding a manufacturing fault is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product for further inspection. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will perform an inspection to confirm the presence of a manufacturing defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will either replace the product or issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned under any circumstances.
